Breakfast Bake

Ok guys, I had a request for a good, delicious breakfast that will keep you full all morning. As you may have seen from my recent post, I love breakfast, so this was a no-brainer. The recipe below is a low-carb breakfast that makes 5 servings which is good for a big group of people or for meal prep you can have all week.

It is loaded with protein from the ground turkey and eggs that will take time in your stomach to digest leaving you satisfied all morning. The spinach and tomatoes are packed with vitamins and minerals such as potassium (electrolyte that is needed for muscle contractions and nerve function), vitamin A (powerful antioxidant, promotes healthy skin and neurological function), and vitamin C (good for your connective tissue and immune system.) You can always switch out the spinach or tomatoes with bell peppers (I love with eggs) or something like chopped zucchini. Vegetables wont make a huge difference in the calories count or macro count but that are crucial for energy levels, mental focus and other health benefits.


12 oz lean ground turkey

3 large eggs

1 1/3 cup egg whites

1 cup chopped spinach

2 Roma tomatoes

Flavor God’s Garlic Lovers Seasoning


Turn oven to 375º F

Cook the ground turkey over the stove. Let cool, then place in a 9×12 casserole dish. Chop up spinach and dice tomatoes. Place both over the turkey. Whisk eggs and egg whites with the seasoning together in a bowl and place on top. You can add as much seasoning as you want depending on how much you want to taste the garlic. To make your own mix of seasonings. Try salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and parsley. Make sure the egg mix covers everything. You can even mix it slightly with a spoon.

Let it bake for about 35 minutes or until it is firm through out.

OPTION: If you want to add more carbs to the bake, add 1 large sweet potato to the mix. Sweet potato is very rich in vitamin A and vitamin B-6 (helps maintain healthy metabolism, nerve and liver function, promotes healthy skin as well as boost energy levels) and magnesium. (boosts energy, calms nerves and anxiety, and relieves muscle aches and spasms.)  Just make sure it is cooked before put in.

Fat: 3g
