My name is Kellie Osborne. I am a Personal Trainer for and Strength and Conditioning Coach for all ages. I have a background in sports performance, physical therapy, and adaptive exercise. I played Division 1 volleyball for The University of Tulsa 2010-2014. I have a passion for fitness and helping people. My goal for this blog is to educate and to spread the word  about how to have a healthy lifestyle, not just to “diet”. I want to make women and anyone else more comfortable going into a gym or work out class and that personal trainers are not just people who make you run because you decided to have that slice of pizza. We are all human but you only get one body to live in, so lets make it feel great!
